NFHS Students Take Over Localfest

On Saturday, June 22, 2019, a group of art students from Niagara Falls High School visited Old Falls Street during our “Localfest” with their awesome student projects showcasing animals that are “endangered species” around the world. The students, led by local artist and educator Rob Lynch, created these unique headpieces and costumes as their final projects for the end of the year …. and then, they shared them with us during a special parade. Onlookers were very impressed, and you can see them in action in the videos below.

They brought their classmates from the marching band as they strolled up and down Old Falls Street before a special detour down to the Falls. Congrats to the students that took part, and thanks for sharing your talents with us.
